Welcome!  

I've spent 30 years in the engineering world, where numbers, plans, structure, and precision were part of everyday life. A Penn State graduate in Mechanical Engineering and recently retired project planner, I am now enjoying a fun and creative second chapter right here near Cape Coral/ Matlacha / Pine Island.

 What began as a quick stop at a craft store soon turned into a true passion. With the love & support of my husband Tim, and my daughter Sarah...I've become the artist behind Coastal Waves Art.  Here I blend my love of structure with the beauty of flowing color, texture, and coastal inspiration.

 I like to describe acrylic pouring as “chaotic engineering”—a perfect mix of planning, movement, surprise, and creativity. From canvases and trays to wine glasses , florals, and functional art, I create pieces filled with motion, color, and coastal charm.

 Through Coastal Waves Art, I also enjoy helping others discover their own creativity, proving that no experience is needed—just a willingness to have fun, try something new, and let the art flow.
